I suppose this page could be seen as a tangent to the main plot of this chapter, at least thus far. However, Arale needs to kick into gear. This is her chapter. I'll be damned if I don't let some of the rumblings in her head out for all to see.

And, a little more background for the whole conflict. Kinda blatant, for those who have been following the story.
