Yeah, this is exactly why I keep my giant sized dictionary by the register.

seriously though, the guy wanted this camera that he had seen in the store a few days ago and he kept yelling at me about how we should have more in stock.

forget buying it when you were first in the store, or calling in to make sure we have one that you could put on hold. Because that just wouldn't be as much fun as yelling at camera monger for almost half an hour.

…I changed his mind into buying another camera.
