The first frame is exactly how it went down in real life. Except for the crazy colorful stack of movies Wayne is checking in.

The "Woo Hoo" frame did happen like that, but I was actually on the phone with Aubrey at the time and we were talking about our change in titles and I had asked her if she wanted to hear what my friends would think about it. I put her on speaker phone and she heard pretty much what you see in the comic.

ps. we've been dating for a year…just not committed to dating only each other…that has changed
