New Lost Plot

In this new season of Lost, one of the characters, Hurley, explained everything that happened to them on the island and it really did sound ridiculous and entirely random. There is so much that Lost doesn't mention that I'm still insanely curious about and it's a little infuriating.


!!!!SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!
If you haven't seen past seasons of Lost and still intend to, do not read on. If you don't watch lost, then you should read either…because it won't make any sense whatsoever.


1) Will they ever explain the numbers?!
Where they come from? Why was it repeated on the radio? Why did the nut-job have them memorized and told it to Hurley? Why did they have to keep pressing those number in that damn computer?

2) Who is Libby?
Libby was a character introduced when the writers decided to introduce some other survivors who fell in the other half of the plane. She was connected to Hurley, since she was in the Mental Hospital and she was also the one to give Desmond his boat to get to the island.

3) Will they ever explain the smoke monster?
For a long time it wasn't even a smoke monster. It was just a bunch of cranking noises and trees were uprooted. Then it became a smoke monster, then they showed that there are pillars that keep the creature at bay, then they showed that Ben can call for it and more recently that the smoke monster can infect the minds of people as it did to these French guys.

I could think of many other questions, but those are a few of my favorite questions to ask.
