This was such a weird situation.

Wayne, Aubrey and I go to see "the Hangover". It's the first time for Wayne, second for Aubrey, and third for me. I tend to watch a lot of movies now that they're free.

Whenever we go to walk around the mall, Aubrey wants to stop at the puppy shop that Tony works. So we did and then we left for the movie. During the movie, Tony texts me saying that he has a question for me and that I should stop by if I'm still in the mall before 8.

We do. And the event takes place pretty much like it says in the comic.

I put the word bubble over Emily in the first frame to illustrate how I wasn't even glancing at her when I just thought she was a unknown co-worker of Tony.

It's weird.

I've been "friends" with this gal since first grade, lost touch with her after the third grade but every few years I run into her. But that's what happens in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Not many people escape.
