Sure enough, when me and Russ are in Box Office and the phone rings, we look at each other in that sort of way that two drivers at a stop sign do. Both of them convinced that they have the right away. The pause lasts half a second and then we jump into action. And since there are two phones at the guest services counter, we both have an equal chance to get to one of the phones.

It's pretty exciting when no one is buying tickets.
