Shopping Stress

I had no idea there was salted and unsalted!
Why would I? I have never needed to buy butter before.
I called Cindy….voicemail
I called Nikol…..voicemail
Michael answered.
It was funny. Cindy and Mike asked, "what are you doing with it?"
I kept thinking, "what do you mean 'what am i going to do with it'?" I'm going to spread it on things, melt it on things, and mix it in things when cookbooks tell me to.
I had no idea butter was so damn complex.
