Hmmm, it's hard to tell if the small panels are the past as she is remembering it or the future as she is about to experience it. Interesting - she's sloppily dressed for a nurse, but I note the hanging badge and sensible shoes. Could this institution be a touch, shall we say, lax? Or perhaps it's just casual Friday.
