There was a round robin in the forums where Searsha and Kimber Lee met. This is the behind-the-scenes relationship they have a friendly rivalry. Kimber Lee has the Godstrain which gives her great power and Searsha has– well, let's leave that ambiguous.

In Belle's Best is she really a powerful sorceress, a S.I.G. intelligence chief or somewhere in the middle?

Socorro is Kimber Lee's best friend, they both have children as can be seen in Godstrands. And of course Searsha is giving them all the comp tickets they want – within reason.
