Some history about the sisters. The conflict always been in mind when putting things together, but it needed that one HUGE event in the past that fueled everything for all the years to come. Or as hinted a number of huge events.

That's sisters. And with mother sick in the hospital, someone had to step in. The oldest sister; Barbara. And remember Belle is the middle sister, the one who traditionally doesn't get the attention (Marsha, Marsha, Marsha! to quote another middle sister)But Belle does. Since Belle and Bren are so close in age (bit less than a year apart)and Barbara is several years older, there is also an age dynamic in their relationship.
