More Like An Overpowered Bard (Redux)

The most important thing when creating a class is balance. Balance is key.

Of course, balance means different things to different people. I don't think Sam and Katie are going to find the Avatar class very balanced at all.

Redux Notes: These Redux comics are a great way to fix some mistakes in the early comics. That line about the rules was meant to be spoken by Sam, not Katie. So I fixed it for this version.
