Okay, I'm missing page 23 so I'm skipping it and going to forge ahead with the rest of the comic.
Sorry for the confusion.
Basicly on the last page masoto (the baker) says that he does like Rumi, she's really cute so how could he not like her? He's worried that he sent out the wrong vibes the last time she was over and that's why she's asking him that.
