The guy in the Oops! shirt is Canon, he's a character belonging to Spynix-c at DA.
A long time I ago I was hosting a fan art contest and then winner would have a small cameo or have their character in the story. He did a lovely picture of Rai in a kimono.
I might host a contest again, but I'm waiting until I have a scene with lots of random characters needed.
