So, I like to populate the world of BOL with random people commenting on the behavior of our main characters. An earlier example of this is in chapter 3 when Rumi, Noa, and Rai are on a bus laughing loudly and the person in front of them makes a complaint. Neko, the lovely artist, likes to turn these random background people into self inserts of us the creative team.
We've gotten a lot of random cameos in this chapter so far.
