This would have been the mid-point of the Prologue, but as I had a lot of time between thumbnailing, and finishing it, some later pages had pacing changed, as well as to make them fit better with the scene where this is being told to another character much later in the novel.

This was my final page for a time, as my carpal tunnel had flared up quite a bit in November of 2020, and I found myself barely able to draw for some 18 months. I managed to complete 2 pages in May of 2021, thanks to meds from breaking my leg in February, though they made me very out of it, and you'll see those next… then I was out of meds and was in too much pain to art.
