Simon (Staysharp) Sharp is reacting in the first panel to the "chopped off" blurb in the last panel featuring Kath, a few pages back, which was deliberate. It's a very 'cheap' way to reduce a very "adult" sentence into chopped up nonsense…while I'm sure everyone could still work out what was said. B-)
