Why can't I remember anything?

Panel 2 (russian):
LETTER: You should have checked to see if I was healthy before you raped me, you fool!
ARTEM: Проклятый! (Damn!)

Panel 3 (russian):
ARTEM [thinks]: On the other hand, this means that I must have knocked her around quite a bit, and afterwards I seem to have fallen asleep … and whether she really infected me is not yet said. Maybe the little cunt is even lying to scare me.

Panel 4 (russian):
ARTEM: You can come in now! I fucked that toad to unconsciousness and then fell asleep. And now she apparently escaped, or she's hiding here somewhere. And… aargh! Alert pest control … there are rats in the lab!
