an explanation for the term kaidocha

when boys are young they'll often refer to each other with kun or chan at the end of the names… here Gohei kinda never stopped calling Kaido Kaidochan…the "n" is dropped for cuteness is many cases….such as this…
it's almost an insult at Kaido's current age and status ^-^
