I love the first panel. I seriously do. The blood effects were murder 0_0.

I promise this is not just going to be an angst fest of sadness and doom, alright everyone? I do have some comedic characters, and they'll be making an entrance pretty soon - the story will REALLY get going on the next page. This little beginning sequence was merely to introduce Ezekiel, let the reader know he's a vampire, and let them know he's a rather melancholy poet. *laughs* I swear, it's not just emo from him.

I'm sad to see Mr. Victim go. *waves sadly to him* let's hope there's hair - dye in heaven.
