It's hard to say which "slave girl" I'd be if I were in a simular situation. I've never been taken hostage, I've never been raped, I've never had someone use physical force to make me do things I normaly wouldn't do.
Most of my friends are female, two of them, sadly have been raped in the distant past. I've been told that, "It changes the way a woman views men and the world around them." I can't say that I understand, but I can say that it's something that I wouldn't wish on ANYONE. (Even my ex-wife and I hate her!)
Anyway, I did my best to have the slave girls react in a way that my female readers would be able to say, "I would probably do the same thing if I was in her situation."
