Reiko really likes her "Wolf Fang" swords. These weapons have to be earned form the Wolf Ninja Clan in the Canine Territories. Usually only Wolves get the honor of owning these swords, but if a canine shows great courage and dedication then there is a possibility that a "lesser" breed can earn them.

Reiko had two strikes against her when she Joined the Wolf Ninja Clan;
First, she's not a wolf.
Secondly, she's a vixen. (A female fox.) So she had to work twice as hard to get those swords.
