I thought I had better insert this break page, since we have been featured this week.
The Blood Reign character, is a character from my first comic series that was published in 1990. It lasted 9 issues, and, while it had many good aspects to it, it was still a shakey, training program for me as an artist. Devil-Jack came around in 1994 (before witchblade I might add…) and lasted 3 issues. Last year, I decided to ressurect both characters, in an original drunk duck "team-up" type comic. I did 7 or so pages, but quickly realized that nobody really cared much, partly because nobody was familiar with these characters.
I decided to dig up my original pages, in order to re-print them here at the Duck. I will be doing Blood reign, after Devil-Jack….then, we will re-start the team-up book, from which this cover shot was created for.
I thank everybody involved in the feature spot, as well as any who enjoy my work and other comics.
