Hey gang. I suspect that most of you are relatively into world news, but this is Fimmvörðuháls(please don't try to pronounce it..). The volcanic eruption that started there is relatively small (about 1km vide gap that spews 500m high lava out) but over the past centuries, when Fimmvörðuháls erupts than Katla is more than likely to spew something out. And when Katla baby erupts, well than it's rather big…

But anywhos, since my dad is both in the local firecrew and rescue team, then he went there last night and took some amazing pictures(but this is not one of them) up close. Oh he also came back with a lava rock from the place ^_^
