Aaaaand… Friday the 13th's comic is up.
What's really hard about a story like this is having both characters being deuteragonists and dual-antagonists - that is, making both equally defendable and wrong while still making both reasonably likeable.
It's easy to try make both characters complete jerks fighting one another, or to portray one character in a better light than the other. It's something else entirely to make them both jerks and likeable characters, ala The Odd Couple or Grumpy Old Men.
Hopefully I've managed to thusfar do the latter.
