Chapter 1 page 23 - He's not dead yet! And neither am I!

Return from the dead! Uhgn! No, I'm not quite a zombie yet. Many things have happened. I've moved to a new house, been to a con, start teaching again in a week. Geh! Really trying to get things going back on. Getting internet again after moving was a real PITA and I'm just starting to try to get back into the swing of the artings. My tablet is kinda dying a slow and painful death thanks to a faulty connection where the tablet and the USB cord come together. Many thanks to those who stuck around while I was gallivanting around in that place called 'real life'. Unfortunately the time off, as usual, atrophies my art skillz a little, so this page isn't as good as some of the previous ones, but I'll pick it back up as I do more. I REALLY want to get this prelude done so I can move on the the meat of the story again.
