When I erased the pencils on the bottom two panels here, they got smudged all over the place. If you ever want to hear me scream and curse very loudly in about four different languages, that's usually it. Oddly, the rest of the page didn't smudge. Makes no sense.

Anyway, recap: the Hellhounds acquiring the means to flood the streets with the drug known as "Seed" or "Demon Semen" was the outcome of the "Seed of Evil" storyarc in issues 3 and 4. The short version is that it's mostly the fault of Shockwire/Omega Squad's employer, JCORP, and apparently Shockwire doesn't know this.
