I'm pretty happy with this one - the backgrounds are the closest I've gotten yet to the feel that I'm trying to accomplish with Junction City, and I really had fun designing these gangsters.

Recap - Blitz and Shockwire are out on patrol as part of Shockwire's training. At the end of the previous page, Blitz was notified of this situation. The Hellhounds referred to are the criminal organization that has recently taken control of the city's drug market.
