When I went back during the long down-time and reread all of the previous material, it really struck me how obviously Bulletproof was at its best during the "Seed of Evil" storyarc. Clearly the things that made that arc work are the strengths of this comic, and that's what I want to focus on from now on. So I needed to bring back Field Ops Director Quinn. Also, I really love drawing Shyft. I'm not sure why. I know what you're thinking, but there's plenty of other hot chicks in Bulletproof, so that's not it. I could seriously draw a whole comic that's nothing but Shyft scoffing at other people's stupidity and shooting them in the head. ————– Recap: Well, what Quinn said. There's a hostage situation at Junction City Memorial Hospital, and the Hellhounds involved did also murder a number of drug lords. The events referenced in panels 1 and 2 happened in "Seed of Evil"; the Trident, Omega Squad's HQ, went into lockdown and JCORP's private army, the Pitbull Troopers were patrolling the streets, which understandably caused some controversy. ———————————- LISTINGS: OnlineComics The Webcomic List
