A hole in the prison wall that leads to the female shower seems a bit odd, but Doctor Deviate seems to like it. That pervert.

Dr. Deviate and his robot creation are characters that's been around since the very start of the comic. This bastard Doctor was sent to prison however a while back (in 2011 oh my god) so if you're new to the comic you can flip back some episodes to catch up.
