So, here's what's going on. The trenchcoat and fedora guy has stolen from a military base in Moscow, and Mega Man is going to go to Wily's fortress to stop him from producing another series of robot masters. Unfortunately, that was just what trenchcoat and fedora guy wanted to happen, so he could steal what looks like a backup Mega Buster.

On the TV there, you can see Gabby from Reporterz - da comic.
