It's the Tag, Isn't It?

Based on true-life. I was sitting on the couch scratching the small of my back and wondering why. That's when it occurred to me; I'm wearing new underwear. It seems there's always a really irritating tag in the back that likes to tickle your back with what feels like the claws of a bear that just ate poison-ivy. It's rather irksome.

That's one of the better Coca-expressions I've drawn… Except it's on a really bad picture.

And yes. Coca uses the word "underpanties."
