So… originally I was not sure that I wanted Dirk and Bianca to take this 'step' in their already bizarre friendship. Their relationship (for the most part) is actually based on me and my best friend. She and I did some things that, depending on what day it is, was a mistake. So I thought if I could successfully translate the rollercoaster ride of a friendship that is, while making it as funny as it really is, into Dirk and Bianca, then I have succeeded.
But also, its not just the sexual tension that I want between Dirk and Bianca, but a true friendship that has the ability to beat out all obstacles.
Whether or not Dirk and Bianca ever get together is still something I'm thinking about.
