This was a Fun scene to make.

It's cheaper when you are Evil.
The Clockwork Soldiers are shiney and new, fresh off the assembly line.
Nasty Jaundiced Heads…what, did you think they were all gears under that metal?

I just thought it would be cool for Winston Alldark to have a factory full of Evil Oompa Loompas…
Any Bad guy worth his Salt gotta have henchmen.
