Just a Bit of an Explaination.

AllDark realizes that he has lost the Bet with Maximus*.

Now, He realizes that the Man will come to Town.

this is why he is All out of sorts and waveing his finger in the air shouting orders.
From what we have seen in the story so far, We know that AllDark and Maximus have History between them…*
