Apparantly at my work there has been a problem with people putting paper towels down the toliet and clogging them. So they plastered the bathroom stalls and walls with signs stating that if you get caught putting paper towels down the toliet you will be terminated and prosecuted. I'm not sure what type of charges but I find it hysterical and so the comic reflects that.
