A running theme in this comic is that all blood is really just ketchup. It comes back a few times.I'm not actually a Green Day fan.
I think the readers knew this when this comic first went live because (not knowing the song) I wrote
"I wanna be an American Idiot" instead of don't. Oh well, I think the joke still worked.
