Can You Hear Me Now?

I LOVE this comic. LOVE it. One of my Top Ten all time C@P comics. Easy.

So, no updates over the weekend. I know. I suck. I was busy hanging out with girls. girls>comics. When I wasn't hanging out with girls I was watching kung fu movies, which while are not nessecarily > comics, I did drop like 50$ on them I was jonesing for some kung fu so bad. I got 2 rareoscope ones Druken Dragon, which was godawful, and Along Come a Tiger, which was pretty damn good, Spirted Killer, which is a Tony Jaa movie he did before Ong Bok, that I haven't had time to watch yet, and Jackie Chan's newest, import from hong kong "Rob B Hood." It's basically Jackie Chan's take on three men and a baby, only with kung fu. I wasn't going to buy it but A. I knew if I didn't I wouldn't find it again or in an american release for another two years, B. Jackie Chan hasn't made a bad Hong Kong movie since 1972, C. I spent 2 hours looking for a bad review onling, I couldn't find it. Blogs, rotten tomatos, hong kong newspapers, international newspapers, they all said the same thing. Sure it's Jackie Chan and a baby, but he does a fucking good job. I'd have to agree. He did some pretty bitchin stunts, the kung fu was solid, and it was fucking funny. Sure there was that "baby" humor too, but I swear Jackie Chan can make anything funny…except maybe Jennifer Love Hewitt. Plus it had Yuen Biao in it, and if you know anything about kung fu from the last 30 years, you know Yuen Biao is the man. He's like Jackie Chan, only with better kung fu and less charisma.
