Hey, its the introduction of Higgins and Murphy! The bumbling skinny/fat cop duo was on the drawing board long before their appearance here. They actually end up becoming a strong part of the supporting cast. If I ever have the time to do more "director's cut" comics you'll see more of them in old storylines too.
