I've been told by a couple people that the pauses kill this joke. My response to those people is "you don't get the joke."

The joke here isn't the tete-e-tete stuff, to me that stuff is generally pretty weak. The joke is ryan fishing for nate's input to play off of and nate totally fucking denying him in a "I know where you're going with this and want no part of it" kinda way.

My general rule though is if people don't get the joke, then thats my fault for not conveying it properly. Oh well, chok it up to experience.


Oh! FYI yesterday was my one year anniversary of coming to drunk duck!
