The title of this one is an inside joke. You're not supposed to get it. I try to put my inside jokes where they don't really matter, like titles. The story is basically this:

In high school Ryan would sign his homework, I shit you not "Ryan 'Rex Omnium' Downs." Rex Omnium is latin for "Knower of all things." Now heres where it gets good. He did this for three semesters or so, until eventually he just started signing his homework "Rex Omnium" and his teachers would all know it was him because he had established it as his surrogate title.

You gotta hand it to Ryan. When it comes to a joke, he thinks longterm.
