MILO SAYS

AAAAAAND this is when I started using pencil. It gives the pages a real high-fantasy, illustrative feel, and it allows me a lot more subtlety with a lot less effort. So yeah, half pencils and half pen from this point on.

My favorite page will always be the one Milo was working on when we first started dating, but this page is a definite close second. I remember he mentioned that the photorealistic animals were inspired directly by Mr. Mignola of Hellboy fame. The guy is definitely onto something.
