So, this page finally really shows us the real Captain of the Shanshiire bodyguard. Captain Danyen has been mentioned a few times but now we actually get to see her. Technically, she showed up for the first time here, but it's never said who the people with Kishandren really are.

Of course, we saw Aldiara briefly in the last chapter on this page. A little cross referencing never hurt anyone, eh?

What I like: I love the hug in panel 3. Danyen looks awkward, but she's supposed to. I also love the tears. I've never done tears before and I'm really happy with my first attempt. Of course, if any of my readers have any helpful tips on doing tears, I'd appreciate it.

What I don't like: That Danyen's face is a little flat in panel 3.
