Thai Salad:

Ingredients: fresh sweet corn, red onion, cucumber, carrot, cilantro, fresh Thai chili, garlic, lime, sugar, salt.

1. Shuck and steam corn.
2. Dice garlic and chili peppers.
3. Dice cucumbers, shred carrots, and dice onion.
4. After corn is steamed, slice from the cob, put into bowl. Add salt, sugar and lime and top with cilantro.
