Interesting fact: One in two women suffers from the Pre-Menstural Syndrome. About 150 symptoms have been defined and described, influencing mental, physical and emotional well-being. Some of them are: problems with remembering, focussing, movement coordination and sight; headaches, backaches, swelling of the face and legs, increased allergic responses; irritability, moodswings, proneness to crying. The cause is most likely the overproduction of estrogene accompanied by shortage of progestagenes.
