Seriously, though. I want to meet the person who has baked them cheese side down, just so I can feel superior to them. Heh :P Thanks everyone for reading!!!

@Pascual: Unfortunately it's one of those "that's part of having a job" things, isn't it?

@JT: I'm simply impressed that our plant can run as well as it does, considering it wasn't designed to do what it's doing at all :) For cheap, even (compared to other treatment facilities)! Also, that line is totally on my facebook bio haha

@Ayesinback and the1truesushiboy: He can be pretty cool quite often, but he does carry a reputation for being a total hard ass :/
