I love that I can talk to my gramma like I would anyone else :) She has no problem giving her opinion on something, that's for sure!

It turns out that her dialysis isn't permanent, and she has one more treatment tomorrow (Monday), and then hopefully she can go home. I'm still not too sure how she ended up in the hospital in the first place, as I forgot to ask. I was just concerned with how she was doing.

As for her cracked vertebrae? Apparently it had happened years ago and was never found by doctors or something, as it had already healed over itself. :/ I dunno.

Either way, she seems to be doing fine now. I'm sort of hesitant to say that because as my grampa told me, she kind of flip flops suddenly where one day she's doing well, and the next she's doing horrible. But here's hoping she'll stay well like the doctors seem to believe. It was definitely uplifting hearing her crack a joke or two, and to see her so excited for us and our upcoming baby :)

Thank you to everyone for all your kind words, you all made me so happy just to see that so many people cared! I'll keep you all updated as to what's going on with her as I find out about it. You all warm my heart, and if I could, I'd hug every one of you!
