And I’m back with a double updaaaaate! At least I think. I may have forgot to post up a link on my facebook page for the one before these two. Hmm not sure. Eh, just keep hitting the yesterday/back button until you get to a comic you remember!

Sorry again about the updates. I’d love to keep on top of doing these comics every day, but we’re still just really busy getting the whole house ready for Nathan, and when we’re not busy working on the house, we’re trying to just relax and destress in front of the TV or with some video games. GOD THIS LAST MONTH IS GOING BY SO FAST D: I’m pretty sure my wife has started having contractions as well, which is scary just because I’m always like “IS THIS IT?! DO YOU NEED A DOCTOR?!” every single time.

WHICH REMINDS ME: I am currently accepting guest comics! I posted the notice on the twitters a couple weeks ago, and have already got a couple in, which is really cool :) But YEAH! I’m looking to post up about a week’s worth of guest strips for when my little Nathan is born so that I can really focus on learning how to be a dad that first week of his life. This whole series of comics have all been about how excited I’ve been for him to get here, the last thing I need to do is ignore him right when he’s born just because I need to do some comics. All I ask is that you keep it PG-13! So that means no harsh language, nudity, sex, etc. It can also be as long as you like, it doesn’t have to be 2-4 panels like mine usually are :) And if you can, try to keep it to a 800px max width if you can just so it goes well with my other comics in terms of width (although I’m pretty relaxed with that rule so eh). Talking to Blazel of Scrawl Brawl, he thinks it would be a great idea if i kept trying to do little comics during the labor, if only to see how my art starts to deteriorate when I start to get more and more stressed. I think I agree with him, and will definitely do my best to draw something :)

Sooo mind if I post some doodles in here? Well if you do, that’s too bad! Well, first off, I doodled this for my wife for Valentine’s Day:

It was sort of based off of one of the pictures that was taken of us for our Maternity pictures, where it had me behind my wife with my arms wrapped around her, and I was making a heart with my hands on her tummy, with her hands on top of mine. She said I make the best hand hearts, and I’m not one to argue B-)

And finally, there’s this one!

I just had this pose in my head that I wanted to draw, so I did. Except I meant to draw him with some sort of gauntlet on, but sort of forgot to once I got to that point. Ah well. Both of the above doodles were done on my iPod touch though, using Alias Sketchbook Pro. It’s a rather fun program, and really awesome once you get the hand of it!
