DAMN YOU, JUSTIN BIEBER!

*falls to his knees, and raises his fists to the sky*

DAAAAAMMMMMNNNN YOUUUUUUUU!!!!!

Annoyingly true stories aside, the bike ride itself was incredible, it felt so good! When I left for work in the morning, it was about 55 degrees F (about 13 degrees C), and in the afternoon on the way home, it was in the 70′s (around 21 degrees C). IT WAS GLORIOUS. And of course as of this writing, it’s cold again. :( I can’t wait until summer so I can ride all the time again.

What I ride is a 2006 Kawasaki Ninja 250, and it is all kinds of yellow and AWESOME. Funny story about it, is that I bought it the week before we found out we were pregnant! My wife says that if she had known that she was pregnant before, then she would have never let me buy it. Needless to say, she’s not a fan of it and worries a ton about me any time I take it out. We did agree though that if I was going to ride, then she at least wanted me to take a motorcycle safety course, as well as wear protective gear (not just a helmet) every time I ride. I had no problem with any of that at all, and besides, I like the look of the gear (I’m no squid)!

Another good thing about the bike? 60 miles to the gallon. Ohhh yeah, look at me, all eco-friendly and stuff.
