This is why I changed up the entrance to Masamune's cave. In the game, you come up on it and it's the hilt that you see sticking out of the ground, but you don't actually get the hilt here. You get it from Frog. Knowing that didn't flow with continuity and that showing the broken blade would mess too much with this joke, I changed up their entrance to the cave to what it is.
