I hate to make it look like they're waiting around, but they kind of have to considering how little damage they're actually doing to Magus. I mean, most boss fights, I have all the characters up and doing something at least or at least knocked down temporarily, but I have to have them stand or sit most of the time until they can attack…like the game normally is.
